  1. 1.1. Both use living things — bacteria or yeast — to change a food, then set the result. 2. Cheese is made by separating and pressing; bread is made by trapping gas and baking.
  2. 2.1. Both were designed so a message could be read without ordinary print. 2. Morse — it can be sent as sound or light, while braille has to be touched.
