Set 13. Prints on its own sheet.

  1. 1.1. The acid makes the protein clump together, and rennet finishes it, so the milk splits into curds and whey. 2. Because cheese is made from the solid curds, and the whey is the watery part left over. 3. Rennet is added, the whey is drained, the curds are pressed.
  2. 2.1. It had to sit under one fingertip so a whole character could be felt at once. 2. He loses his sight, a soldier visits, he settles on six dots. 3. The soldier's dot code was too complicated, but it gave Braille the idea of dots, which he spent three years simplifying.
