Building a Nest

Many birds build a nest in spring. A bird looks for twigs, grass and moss. It carries each piece back in its beak. The bird pushes the twigs into a cup shape. Soft moss goes inside. Then the bird lays its eggs in the nest.

From Egg to Frog

A frog starts as an egg in the water. The egg hatches into a tadpole. A tadpole has a tail and no legs. The tadpole grows back legs. Then it grows front legs. Its tail gets shorter. At last it is a frog.
