Bees

Bees are insects. A bee has six legs and two wings. Bees fly from flower to flower. They drink a sweet juice called nectar. Bees take the nectar back to the hive. In the hive, the bees turn nectar into honey.

Building a Nest

Many birds build a nest in spring. A bird looks for twigs, grass and moss. It carries each piece back in its beak. The bird pushes the twigs into a cup shape. Soft moss goes inside. Then the bird lays its eggs in the nest.
