SCHOOL BOARD, MINUTE OF 4 MARCH 1890
Present: nine members. Absent: two.
Resolved: that half-time working for children under eleven cease.
Voted: six for, three against.
Members against stated that families depend on the wage.
The clerk to inform the mill owners.
